Where is the conference being held, and what are the logistics for getting there?
The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport (5750 T.G. Lee Blvd., Orlando, FL 32822). The venue is located just 5 minutes (2.4 miles) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). The hotel provides a complimentary, 24-hour daily airport shuttle service to and from the MCO terminal running every 30 minutes.
What are the amenities, check-in times, and parking options at the venue?
* Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
* Parking: Self-parking is COMPLIMENTARY for all conference attendees (providing a savings of $15.00 per day).
* Wi-Fi: Free high-speed, secure, and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
📝 Registration, Fees, & Lodging Options
What is the registration fee, what does it include, and how do I register?
Registration must be completed online via the "REGISTER NOW" link, with payment accepted exclusively via Credit Card.
- Single Occupancy: $260.00
- Double Occupancy: $195.00 (limited to 2 registered individuals per room)
- What’s Included: Your registration fee covers event admission, a delegate kit, 3 buffet meals, 1 night of lodging, a pre-ordered T-shirt, and complimentary parking.
Is there a flexible payment plan option for registration?
Yes. A two-part installment plan is available for those with a ParishSoft account. The 1st payment is due immediately upon registering, and the 2nd payment is due on or before the registration deadline of Saturday, August 29, 2026.
I want to change my registration from Double to Single Occupancy.
To change and upgrade room occupancy, pay additional $65 and CLICK UPGRADE TO SINGLE OCCUPANCY
How are roommates handled for Double Occupancy, and can I bring unregistered family members if I choose Single Occupancy?
Double Occupancy Roommates: If you register for a Double Occupancy room without a pre-arranged partner, the Registration Committee will automatically assign a roommate to fill the second bed.
Family Members: If you select Single Occupancy, you are welcome to bring family members without registering them for the event. Unregistered family members staying in your room will also receive free hotel breakfast on Saturday.
What should I do if I forgot to add an extra night to my hotel stay during registration?
To add additional room nights at the venue, simply access your registration portal and click the "ADD ROOM NIGHTS" link.
📅 Schedule, Meals, & Event Timeline
When does the conference take place, and when does registration open?
This year, there is only one National Men's Conference in the USA. It runs from Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 6:30 AM through Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
- Early Check-in: It is highly recommended to arrive and check-in early on Friday, September 4.
- Registration Desk Hours: Opens early on Friday, September 4 from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM, and reopens on Saturday, September 5 at 6:30 AM.
How many meals are included, and is Saturday breakfast provided?
The registration fee includes 3 buffet meals: Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Saturday morning breakfast is provided ONLY for delegates who check-in at the hotel early on Friday, September 4, 2026.
I have my family with me, where can I purchase food at the hotel?
You can dine at on-site restaurants ("The Drift Kitchen & Bar" and "Drift Café"). You can order food for delivery, but the delivery driver is not permitted to bring the food directly to your room door. You must meet in the lobby.
👥 Attendance & Guidelines
Who is eligible to attend the conference, and what should I bring?
While attendees are predominantly CFC men, SOLD, and SFC members, the conference is not exclusively restricted to members. An open invitation is extended to non-CFC male family members and friends. All attendees are required to bring and display their CFC, SOLD, or SFC ID card.
